Here is another news at Boursorama Banque with the overhaul of the international money exchange system which offers free transfers, all in 32 currencies.
It cannot be said that Boursorama Banque remains stoic in the face of ever-increasing competition from neobanks, especially when it comes to monetary exchanges. The “cheapest in France” online bank has just released free international transfers in 32 currencies internationally, in addition to SEPA transfers, which are already offered free of charge.
Sending money abroad will cost you nothing more…well, almost.
Of the 32 currencies that Boursorama takes into account in this new system, you have to count on the most common currencies such as the pound sterling, the American/Canadian/Australian dollar, the Swiss franc or the Japanese yen. The Bank will therefore no longer apply commissions on the exchange of these currencies, wherever you are on the globe.
Boursorama even takes care to give the exchange rate (in real time) when you make a transfer. Note that it says that transfers in euros outside the SEPA zone are still chargeable with issuance costs now capped at €20 (free with the Metal offer).
Boursorama bets on international and on the end of exchange fees
If other online banks have since followed suit, Boursorama was one of the first to launch free instant transfers wherever you are on the globe. A profitable strategy that allows the bank to compete even against the most flexible neobanks such as N26 for example.

But in addition to transfers, Boursorama’s international policy is already very developed. It relies in particular on free euro transfers to the 36 countries and territories of the SEPA zone (up to 2000 euros) but also with free card payments in foreign currencies anywhere in the world (via Visa Premier card).
