What kind of elastic support do you offer?

Depending on the level of investment you’ve made with Elastic, we offer two kinds of help: break/fix and guided. If your annualised spend on commercial features and Support (please note this is project based and not an account based calculation) spend is less than $25,000 USD, you will be offered our world-class break/fix support.

What severity levels does elastic support support requests support?

Elastic will provide support to new Support Requests at point of entry for all Severity Levels (1 through 3) but retain the right to downgrade Support Requests to Severity 3 should the root cause be isolated to an external system, service, or library.

What is the elastic line of credit charge?

The Elastic line of credit is offered by Republic Bank & Trust Company, member FDIC. We will charge a 5% or 10% Cash Advance Fee, depending on your Billing Cycle, for each Cash Advance you request. We will deduct the Cash Advance Fee from the amount of the Cash Advance you request, and deliver only the Elastic Cash amount to you.
