Xiaomi would soon launch a Pro version of its latest connected bracelet, according to several rumors. This bracelet would arrive at the same time as the next Xiaomi flagship expected this summer.

No sooner had it announced its Smart Band 7 last week than Xiaomi would already be in the running to expand its range. In any case, this is what a new leak suggests concerning the connected bracelets of the Chinese firm.
A leak in its own application?
After first offering a standard version as well as a version with NFC of its latest Smart Band, the Chinese giant would very soon intend to reveal a Pro model to complete its offer.
The information has been corroborated by several leakers including one on Weibo called Digital Agent 007, but also by an application from Xiaomi. We had thus recently seen the mention of a Pro version appear after an update in the application dedicated to Xiaomi’s Mi Door Lock, which would point to an upcoming arrival of the bracelet.

A launch planned for this summer
It is not yet known exactly what this Pro version will bring compared to the previous model. The Smart Band 7 already offered a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen, 25% larger than the previous generation, as well as compatibility with the Always-On feature. The arrival of GPS as well as a larger battery and screen would seem to be the most plausible improvements for this new version.
According to the various information, this bracelet could be presented at the same time as the Xiaomi 12 Ultra which is expected around July, with for the first time a partnership with the Leica company on the photo side. There is no indication if a launch outside of China is planned for this Pro model. And even if it will eventually come out at all or remain in the state of speculation.
